Cracked Head is a collective exhibition unfolding at Safehouse 2 in Peckham. Playing ironically with its title, the show explores the head as both a symbolic and scientific site: a vessel of memory, subconscious impulses, and psychological fragmentation, but also a physical structure, as bone, tissue, nerve.

The works move between inner thought and outward form, tracing subtle correspondences between psyche and physiology, feeling and structure. Across varied practices, the exhibition pries open the divide between the mental and the material, revealing the head as both a site of imagination and a physical organism. In doing so, it invites viewers to peer beneath the surface of consciousness and into the layered construction of the self; where memory, matter, and meaning converge.
