The Queeriosities Art and Makers Fair returns to London for its 2026 edition, showcasing the work of more than 50 LGBTQIA+ artists, makers and small businesses.
Running alongside the fair is this year’s feature fine-art exhibition, Here We Go Again, bringing together new work by six bold queer artists: Winnona Hedgeland (aka Foundry Wench), Tom Hemingway, Sandy Kiralawella, Jingyi Li, Ailsa Ogden and Joey Terrill.
Curated by Davy Pittoors, the exhibition explores the idea of queer “truth” in a moment of increasingly unstable and competing realities. The artists’ practices span lace-making, metal work, mixed media installation, drawing and painting. This exhibition also marks the first UK presentation of a work from Los Angeles Chicano artist Joey Terrill’s multimedia Still-Life series, which incorporate HIV medications from the AIDS crisis directly on the canvas.
Film collective Tranz Tropez will also join this year’s fair to present a selection of short films in conversation with the feature exhibition.
Opening Night:
The fair kicks off with a ticketed preview on Friday designed for collectors, press and cultural tastemakers. Entry on Saturday and Sunday is free.
About Queeriosities:
Founded and led by curator Davy Pittoors, Queeriosities is a traveling platform that elevates LGBTQIA+ creatives expressing their identities through art, craft, and design. Ranging from intimate exhibitions to full-scale art and makers fairs, their initiatives highlight those who have been historically side-lined and serve as a platform to knit communities together and connect them with new audiences.
They encourage the spread of both contemporary and historical LGBTQIA+ objects, art, and ephemera – and aim to blur the lines between art and craft, museum and home, and archive and collection to open up new
