Unit 08
Welcome to Unit 08
A huge 11,500 sq ft warehouse, Unit 08 is the largest dry hire venue in Peckham and one of the most versatile venues in London.
With striking warehouse architecture and a large, open space flooded with natural light, it is the perfect blank canvas to be transformed and adapted to suit all kinds of events and filming requirements.
Alongside a vast open warehouse floor, the unit has several small back rooms, which can be used for event storage, an accessible toilet block and an office space.
Unit 08 can flexibly accommodate a variety of transformations, from filming locations to branded activation experiences, immersive productions, markets or exhibition spaces.

Past Events
We have worked with a number of major brands from Netflix to Nike, who have taken over Unit 08 transforming it to host all sorts of events.
Adidas x Jumbi Presents Club Jamaica
In February 2023 Adidas used Unit 08 to create multiple activity zones for a brand activation event, including a footfall pitch

Public Markets
We are regular hosts to a variety of public markets by Peckham Salvage Yard and Bottle Factory Flea among others, who take over Unit 08 to host hundreds of traders attracting large public crowds

Chanel & ID: Mirror Maze
In 2016 Es Devlin transformed the space into a spectacular mirror maze for Chanel and ID

The Great Masked Ball
The Lost Estate took over to create a striking mystical world for their immersive theatre show in 2018

Copeland Square
This 6,000sq ft car-park space can be hired as a filming location, a useful outdoor space in conjunction with large-scale indoor events in Unit 08, or even for small day time festivals.
It has been used for all kinds of events, from food markets to brand activations. Located in the heart of Copeland Park, it has the iconic Bussey Building as a backdrop and attracts high public footfall for events.

Copeland Gallery
Welcome to Copeland Gallery
Copeland Gallery is one of the most sought after contemporary gallery venues available to hire in Peckham.
A spacious, flexible 4,200 sq ft space, it celebrates its industrial period features with white washed walls and striking exposed concrete floors. Flooded with natural light, it has partitioned walls creating multiple display areas, a versatile modern lighting system and accessible shutter-door access.
Located in the heart of Copeland Park, with access to our in-house bar Social, it is an ideal dry hire venue for art exhibitions, public markets, workshops, private events and filming.
