I find the interplay between the human experience and the natural world to be profoundly captivating. It’s fascinating how our connection with nature influences our emotional and psychological well-being, aids in the process of healing from trauma, and shapes our personal journeys through the realms of time and space, all while leaving indelible imprints on our lives.
My artwork serves as a visual narrative of this entanglement. Through a multi-disciplinary approach, I strive to capture or map my personal experiences and journey, highlighting moments of harmony, disruption and transformation.
Central to my practice and as an honour to the natural world, I have a dedication to using sustainable and repurposed materials, and adopting techniques that reduce the environmental impact of my work. By doing so, I hope to inspire others to reconsider the impact of their creative endeavours.
With their multifaceted narratives and sustainable approaches, each piece invites viewers to pause and reflect on their own personal experiences and journeys, creating a thoughtful and engaging experience that goes beyond the visual to touch the soul.
