Copeland Park is South East London’s most versatile location for filming and photography.

We offer flexible hire packages from 1 day to several months. 

Our site can provide everything from a blank canvas warehouse, perfect for film set transformations, to a contemporary art gallery, rooftops looking over London, and car parks, stairwells and units in and around the iconic Victorian Bussey Building. 

With a range of independent businesses also onsite, including bars, cafes, gyms, shops and offices, we are the ideal location for a wide range of filming needs all on one site.

We have large vehicle parking facilities and several onsite catering options, making us a convenient and accessible site for large production companies to make a base unit.

Previous clients include Netflix, BBC, Big Talk Productions and Vice, along with a number of small independent film companies who have taken over our spaces in a variety of different and creative ways.

Short-term hire options for photography shoots, from a couple of hours to one or two-days, are also possible.
