South London Ferments offers chilled, informative workshops to show you the basics and benefits of fermented food. No cooking skills required, just clean hands and a love of this funky, spicy Korean condiment that is packed full of probiotic goodness for your gut!

Everything is provided but bring an apron if you like to get messy (this is optional!). You’ll take home a 0.5l jar of kimchi. Full instructions and recipe provided by email.

The recipe I use in the workshop is raw, vegan and sugar-free.
