Peckham Festival is back across the weekend of 20th-21st September for a 2-day event inside Copeland Park’s UNIT/08 warehouse!
This year PF are collaborating with Jumbi and Red Eye for an amazing programme across art, music, film, markets, workshops and more! After bringing together a beautiful festival last year, we are also inviting back curator @THEPALACEOFTHEDOGS
Featuring host Kelechi Okafor bringing her insight and passion with forums and discussions, workshops and creative installations featuring emerging artists and the return of Dope Readers Club‘s Black Book Swap.
There’s plenty of live music and DJs to keep you moving throughout the day. Featuring Limi, Passa Productions, Donut Jam, HardFood, Orii Jam, Sippin’T and Born n Bread.
Peckham Carboot are also a part of this year’s programme providing a space for locals to sell, swap, and connect.
Jumbi and Red Eye will be celebrating intergenerational voices and artistic expressions in response to displacement and cultural erasure via film, music and art.
A celebration of Peckham wouldn’t be complete without honouring its food culture. Expect a vibrant mix of vendors serving dishes inspired by the flavours of Peckham High Street – from Afro-Caribbean bites to South Asian staples.
A day to reflect, celebrate, and imagine – we can’t wait to share it with you!
