Human:being, a photography based exhibition, offers a creative and thought-provoking space in which to pause and connect with the intricacies and diversities of being human. The exhibition space will allow time to explore and reflect on how lived experiences, culture, identity, home, nature, and event outer space affect being human and our shared connections.

The show builds on and expands the themes and practices from dg03 collective’s previous shows. It will draw together recent work from by dg03 alongside four new invited guest artists to broaden perspectives on the subject.

Workshops and talks will also take place (more information soon).

About dg03 Collective:

dg03 was formed by visual artists who met while studying MA Photography at the UAL: London College of Communication. Since then, the collective has presented various exhibitions exploring the topic of being human through contemporary photographic practice, while building an international community of artists working across disciplines.

+Guests:

For this show, we have invited four guests to join us exploring human connection visually: George Dyer – Multimedia Artist, Hanieh Yavari – Photographer, Fred Feng – Photographer, Xinyue Tao – Photographer.

This exhibition was made possible by Copeland Park’s Emerging Artist Exhibitions Programme.
